The special features of the preparation of the bituminous production raw by the compounding method with the vacuum remainder of viscosity breaking for the bituminous installation working according to diagram "oxidation- compounding" are invest gated in the work. The activated state range of raw material is determined by dielectric and photo-colorimetric methods. The effectiveness of the oxidation process of activated raw material is established. The possibility of regulating the structural transition ranges in the oxidation process and quality of obtained deep-oxidation bitumen is shown by the vacuum viscosity breaking remainder. The recommendations for obtaining petroleum road bitumen with the technology "oxidation- compounding" for the bituminous installation in Joint Stock Company "Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" are proposed.

On the basis of oxyethylic nonylphenol-formaldehyde resin the synthesis of new functionally substituted quaternary ammonium compounds containing polar groups in hydrophobic tails have been carried out. The water-wetting properties of compounds in epoxy polymer were found. By washing oil film from modified epoxy surfaces the efficiency of hydrophilisation ability and tendency to paraffin deposition of under study substances was evaluated.

A method of producing adhesive additives to bitumen-based organic mixture acids is developed. The optimal conditions and process parameters of obtaining modified bitumen with high performance properties are determined. Comparative characterization of the samples with industrial counterparts is accomplished and it is proved that these samples are just as good as well-known modifiers. The physical and chemical properties of bitumen BPR 60/90 and modified samples of bitumen are defined.

Thermal decomposition of the polymeric hydrocarbons, including rubber and other kinds of plastics is examined. Thermal decomposition - pyrolysis of heavy polymeric compounds has a great contrast to the thermal degradation of light hydrocarbon compounds based on general laws. The temperature regime of the pyrolysis unit based on general laws is selected for further testing in the laboratory model. Pyrolysis unit, which will be practiced temperature and process technology of pyrolysis of hydrocarbon polymers, including rubber and plastics was developed as a first approximation.

The results of research of processes of treatmnet and initial processing of Grozny oil and and heavy oil residues after tretament by permanent magnetic field. It is shown that use of such treatmnet allows to intensify processes of desalting and dehydration, increase output of light hydrocarbons in process of primary processing. The preliminary magnetic treatment residues from atmospheric distillation of crude oil leads to an increase in the selection of distillate fractions up to 6% vol., and at equal selection process temperature is reduced by 5-25 °Ñ. Preliminary magnetic processing of raw material of visbracking results to change in distribution of outputs of products in this way what coke formation is reduced by 1.3 - 1.7 times, and output of light hydrocarbons increases in 1.15-1.5 time depending on type of raw material.

Energy saving in the petrochemical and other industries is becoming inc-reasingly important trend. In the last decade, many industrial enterprises to perform upgrades or replacement of equipment to improve product quality and reduce energy costs. At Kazanorgsintez are tasked with increasing the productivity of rectifying plant production of phenol and acetone to improving the quality of separation. Thermodynamic analysis is widely used to evaluate the exergy efficiency of industrial processes. To date, the technique of thermodynamic analysis and, particularly, the most modern of its variants – exergic analysis. To analyze the thermodynamic efficiency of energy systems and teplotehnologii industrial production, were essential components of heat exergic vector and expendable features. As a result of thermodynamic analysis showed that the exergy efficiency is higher in the column with nozzles than in the column before the upgrade.

The article is devoted to history of development of helium industrial production in Gazprom dobycha Orenburg, LLC. The helium plant consists of three trains which were put into operation between 1979 and 1989. Most of technical solutions of the helium plant proved to be very efficient and are still in use nowadays. Several programmes were developed to modernize and reequip production facilities. Their aim is to prevent helium deficit and to ensure projected quantity of ethane production. In the future the Orenburg helium plant could become a strategic point for transportation of helium from Eastern Siberia to Europe.

Àdditives forming ions significantly affect the crystallization of paraffin wax in dispersed environments. Like many surfactants, they also affect the structure of colloidal suspensions hydrocarbons of melting at high temperature. Investigation of the mechanism of such effects on the processes of nucleation and crystal growth are both theoretical and practical interest. This paper presents the results of dielectric, optical and X-ray diffraction studies of influence additives forming ions on equilibrium processes in these dispersed systems.

The article presents the technology of removing asphalt-resinous and paraffin deposits in oil field equipment using heavy pyrolysis resin and bottoms distillation residue of ethylbenzene as a solvent, heat transfer fluids. The proposed technology simultaneously with the removal of sediment disposed of waste materials generated after the treatment well without harm to the environment then receiving fuel oil grade M40 and M100 from waste treatment.

DEMULSIFYING ABILITY OF NEW IMIDAZOLINIUM COMPOUNDS

On the basis of oxyethyleted alkylphenols new imidazolinium compounds with one and two imidazoline centres, containing the rupturing of the hydrophobicity of hydrocarbon radicals by polar oxygen-containing fragments were synthesized. In present paper the influence of carbon fibres of different chemical nature at low filling degree on technological properties of pipeline mark polyethylenes are investigated. The composite processing at low filling degree of PE80B and PE2NT11 marks polyethylenes by carbon fibres of different types one can to make on extrusion equipment are shown. Because introduction of chosen fillers is not enterprises an essential influence on reological characteristics of a polymer. An essential influence of chemical nature of fibre on polymer structure in a composite are established.

The group composition of asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) in the Irelyakh field and their solubility in the composite solvents on the hexane base with the additives consisting of nonionic surface-active substances (NSAS) and concentrates of aromatic hydrocarbons is determined. The results of the investigations show that the additives Neonol AF-9-10 and liquid products of pyrolysis (LPP) are most efficient. The use of these additives allows to increase the efficiency of ARPD breaking and dissolving by 1,3 - 1,6 times as compared with a base solvent. It is shown that the increase in the concentration of individual additives from 0,5 to 3% causes a decrease in the efficiency of detergent compounds.

CONVERSION OF METHANOL TO GASOLINE ON COMMONLY USED RUSSIAN PENTASIL TSVM

The four geterogeneous catalysts were prepared from originally semi-commercial pentasil zeolite TsVM. The starting HNaZSM-5/-11 zeolite with atomic Al/Si ratio of 20,0 were modified by treatment with hot aqueous solution of tetrapropylammonium hydroxide. The obtained sample with atomic Al/Si ratio of 19,5 and starting zeolite were modified with zinc oxide. The samples were tested in MTG-process. The methanol are not converted to hydrocarbons on zeolite in the absence of zinc oxide. The decomposition reaction of methanol on carbon monoxide and hydrogen is reviewed. It is established that carbon monoxide plays no catalytic or intermediary role in MTG process. However its role is significant for the primary hydrocarbon products formation.

The analysis of the experimental values to relative reaction ability of the petrochemical products - mesitilene and durene (Kmes/Kdur) in competitive reaction nitration and bromination in organic solvent are carry out. It is shown that in organic ambience process of nitration of mesitilene always runs slowly than nitration of durene that points to realization of the mechanism SET. The reaction of bromination runs on classical variant Ar-SE2. The experiment be in accordance with result of quantum chemistry calculation of probable intermediates to reactions in semi empirical AM1 and DFT B3LYP/6-31G**.

The analysis of spatial and temporal changes of physical and chemical properties of oils with the high paraffins contents is carried out. The regularities of regional distribution of such oils are considered. Particularities of change of the paraffins contents in oils are investigated depending on occurrence depth. Regularities of changes of oil properties in geological time are considered. It is shown, that the maximal value of the paraffins contents in such oils is observed in Mesozoic and the minimal value - in Proterozoic rocks. Paraffinic oils are on the average low sulfur, resinous, low asphaltenes and with the average contents of fraction IBP 200 0Ñ and with average density.

Under influence of external factors the hydrocarbon molecules of gasoline start to cooperate with each other forming permolecular hydrocarbon groups. Given permolecular structures do not burn down completely in an internal combustion engine. As a result they are thrown out in an atmosphere in the form of harmful components of the fulfilled gases of the engine and/or collect in the form of carbon-slag adjournment. At passage of fuel through a microwave field its structure varies, so fuel burns down more quickly and effectively. The changes of operational characteristics of commodity gasolines are researched in this work at influence on them of microwave radiation, and parameters of such influence are selected.

Catalytic reforming is the most widely used industrial process of high-octane gasoline components production in Russia, that is why optimization of the technological process is very important because of the significant increase in gasoline consumption. The mix of spirits thus serves as high-octane component in gasoline and as emulsifier.

This work is devoted to research of emulsification process for oil bitumen in water mechanically. Installation for decomposition of bitumen is developed and designed. In work the detailed description of the given installation with figures, a technique of reception oil bitumen emulsions is resulted. Approbation of installation is spent, dependence of emulsion's stability to decomposition on time from the contents of emulsifier is received. In researches bitumen road stamps BND 60/90 was used. Bitumen knitting and features of their use the comparative estimation of kinds is made for preparation of asphalt concrete coverings. The basic advantages of oil bitumen emulsions and ways of their reception are noted. The provisional componential structure of emulsions is resulted. In this job the analysis of patents on a way of reception, componential structure for emulsions of oil bitumen in water is made. The given thematic review shows expediency of the organization of industrial production of oil bitumen emulsions from domestic raw material and their use in road construction that will allow lowering the charge of energy carriers to 40% in comparison with traditional "hot" technologies of stacking of roads.

The ecological programs, working in republics directed on enriching to a situation in range guarding of an enclosing environment are considered. Some of the fulfilled measures on enriching a bionomics of Bashkortostan are reduced.

The paper is devoted to research of oxidation process of the petroleum rests by air oxygen. Raw material of process is tar of Bashkir oils mix. Oxidation was conducted at various temperatures of process. Dependences of softening temperatures, a constant of speed reaction, the size of disperse phase particles, the factor of stability and dielectric permeability of raw material from temperature and time of its oxidation were investigated. Researches showed that such characteristics as the size of disperse phase particles, the factor of stability and dielectric permeability can be used for the qualitative characteristic of the description of oxidation process of the petroleum rests.

EVALUATION OF EMPIRICAL CORRELATIONS FOR NATURAL GAS HYDRATE PREDICTIONS

A great number of petroleum engineering calculations require knowledge of natural gas hydrate formation conditions. Ideally, natural gas hydrate formation conditions are determined experimentally in the laboratory, but these data are not always available. Correlations are consequently used to determine values for natural gas hydrate formation conditions.
In this research, the correlations of natural gas hydrate formation conditions determined by the gas gravity method are programmed and assessed with its respect to its capabilities to match experimental data published in the literature under varying system conditions (i.e. temperature, pressure, and composition). Also, statistical error analysis is used to evaluate the performance and the accuracy of the correlations for estimating natural gas hydrate formation to guide designers and operators in selecting the best correlations for their particular applications.

The designed software has functional capabilities for a solution of a number of problems in oil processing and petrochemistry. INJECTION OF LEAN GAS INTO AN ULTRALIGHT OIL BEARING RESERVOIR: INTERFACIAL ASPECTS

Application of lean gases, particularly a methane rich gas, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, air and their mixtures in an ultra light oil bearing reservoir located in Southern Hungary, is in an advanced stage. The relevant studies and mathematical simulations have definitely indicated a substantial surplus oil production and it was also revealed that gravity segregation and vaporization of light hydrocarbons were the main elements of the displacement mechanism. However, well founded arguments have arisen about anomalous interfacial phenomena and precipitation of some oil constituents during the recovery process since the oil was strongly paraffinic and the predicted vaporization was high.
Therefore, a detailed laboratory study was commenced to determine the effect of nitrogen, carbon dioxide and lean methane on surface and interfacial properties. On the basis of the experimental results, it was concluded that the well known surface and interfacial effects, like enrichment of asphaltenes, resins and heavy hydrocarbons at interfaces, can be neglected when lean and non-reactive gases are injected into an ultra light bearing reservoirs. On the other hand, the precipitation of paraffins and other waxes at oil/water interface may take place even at very low vaporization in both the reservoir space and the surface facilities. Since that interfacial, probably catalyzed phenomena is newly recognized, further laboratory and field studies are needed to elucidate its detrimental effects on recovery efficiency, well performance and surface technology.

The given work is dedicated to application of information technologies in petrochemical and petroleum-refining industry. A new method of the analysis of chemical flow diagrams was developed on the basis of graphic models at Ufa State Petroleum Technological university. The given method was applied together with the object-oriented principals for the analysis of composite systems in a program for chemical engineering processes simulation. This program was utilized for calculation and optimization of some units on petroleum-refining plant in Ufa. The basic methods and ideas, that were implemented during developing this program, are set up in the given publication.

The given method was applied together with the object-oriented concept for the analysis of flow diagrams and simulation of processes. Such approach allows to simplify to a great extent the analysis of data domain and to use it for compilation of mathematical models.
