The article is devoted to the investigation of the problem of synthesis of the new class of modular processors, based on neuronet technologies, for perspective Automatic Process Control System controllers in oil-gas complex. Suggested structure is intended for high speed digital signal processing with fail-safe feature. As a computational framework for the implementation of arithmetic operations using the mathematical device of the modular system of deductions is proved. Usage of combination of modular framework residue system and the organization of neural processing elements allows to insure parallelization at the level of implementation of logical operations and thus greatly increase the speed performance of computational structures.

This report considers necessity of application of geographic information systems as a technology of spatial and attribute information integration for organization of collection, accumulation and analysis of information on pollution in the Republic of Bashkortostan by oil and oil products via example of developing an automated system for keeping register of territories polluted with oil products for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of RB. As a result of implementation of this system there are following options: display of reference and attributive information on pollution to map of RB, search for pollution, add new pollution to map of RB, analyze of spatial locations of objects on the map. Integration of heterogeneous spatial data of existing ministry's information systems into a single database and the subsequent development the integrated information system of Ministry of Environment of RB is shown.

Reliability analysis of epicyclical gearboxes has been developed using an analytical fatigue damage summation model and statistical field test data. Some specific results and conclusions have been presented. The approach shown in this work could be applied to reliability estimations during early design stages of drilling tools.

Combining reagents Rhodopol®-23Ï and KLSP various groups it is possible to strengthen their action by chemical processing. Thereupon on the basis of the laboratory researches chemical reagents were combined, new compoundings liquids, for regulation of drill mud solutions with use of reagents were created. Efficiency of chemical processing can be reached a combination at small additives to a drill mud solution that essentially improves quality of a technological indicators of a solution, each of which particularly strengthens those or other physical and chemical and technological properties of chisel solutions. The essential effect of reduction of the expense of materials for management of filtrational and rheological indicators of a drill mud solutions is thus reached. The basic practical result is working out of new compoundings of drill mud solutions for flushing out of wells at drilling on the prospecting areas of the Near-Caspian hollow, these compoundings allows to increase speed of drilling, to lower quantity of complications, to reduce the expense of materials and chemical reagents.

Upper bit tool for improvement of quality of slime removal from vertical and horizontal wells is considered in the article. Results of field tests of the designet upper bit tool are shown. Tests proved the working abilities of the device. Drilling rate increased by 18% on the account of stable removal of grinded slime by circulating fluid. Basic dimensions of working elements have been experimentally defined.

There are many problems concerned with the stability of bore-hole walls, tight pulls and sticking while drilling horizontal wells for drilling-in and pipeline building. This drilling problems can be caused by the kinetic and plastering properties of drilling fluids. The results of researching the influence of different agents on sedimentation of dispersed phase’s solids and polimer-argillaceous filter cakes. The size and composition of dispersed phase’s solids dependence on the plastering properties of drilling fluids by sedimentation analysis is shown in this article. The interforce of solids dependence on this properties is also shown here.

This article present the information about the estimation of possible dangers when oil pipelines crosses areas with active tectonic faults. The quasidynamic method of estimation reliability of oil pipeline in the area of tectonic fault is offered. The method considers statics and dynamics stresses and exposures on the oil pipeline. The main idea of this method: the estimation of statics stresses is carried out on base of solving differential equation of twist-and-steer turn of pipeline and the estimation of stresses from seismic activity by regulatory documents.

As exploitation practice shows, underwater pipelines are the most breakdown in the gas-main pipelines system. The most typical reason of underwater pipelines damage is a soil wash-out, i.e. open sections of underwater pipeline formation as a result of the river bottom and shores reformation. The results of investigations of adjoining underground sections soil conditions change influence on underwater gas pipeline stress-strain state are shown in the article. In accordance with obtained results recommendations upon underwater pipeline strength and stability assurance are given.

During transportation of crude oil and refined products for long distances the above-ground segments of a pipeline, in their passage through such obstacles as mountains, water bodies, communications, etc., get bent by gravity and can execute spatial vibrations under the effect of alternating internal pressure. Pipeline vibrations can be stronger or weaker depending on certain relationships among parameters. Thus, an investigation into pipeline spatial vibrations is of much topicality and practical importance.
Consideration is given to spatial vibrations of a pipeline with liquid contained in it about the horizontal axis that passes through bearings. In a steady state the pipeline is bent by gravity and is affected by internal pressure. The elasticity coefficients of the bearings and deformations of the pipeline associated with its exit out of the bending plane are reckoned as small; therefore the pipeline bent axis represents a planar curve. In this case, one should allow for inertial Coriolis forces, buoyancy force and drag force proportional to the first-order velocity. Based on the obtained model we have developed a set of two nonlinear differential equations for the pipeline flexural and rotational vibrations solved with the aid of the sequentially applied Bubnov-Galerkin and Runge-Kutta methods. Free vibrations of the pipeline have been examined. Computational results for actual values of the key parameters are given in the form of diagrams. General conclusions are presented in the work.

Predicting performance in complex development of oil deposits is impossible without detailed study of the characteristics of the geological structure of the reservoir. However, due to its high cost and long time of work, design and development by creating a system with some degree of inaccuracy. In the future it is possible to improve the approved system design through construction and operation of the lateral horizontal wells. In this regard, the operational justification for their design and technological parameters of operation, is an urgent task. The article presents the results of computational experiments on the hydrodynamic model for solving this problem.

This paper presents the innovative technology of the secondary opening and development of wells, allowing to provide quality tailing deposits while maintaining integrity of annulus space, reducing the time for tripping and an increase in oil production zone oil and gas reservoir that contributes to a significant increase in the filtration area, improving the hydraulic reservoir with a perfect connection well and increase its service life. We consider the direction of further improvement of these technologies. The presented technology has positive experience in the wells of the Volga-Ural oil province.

In this article we focus on the use of EROEI, or energy efficiency, to compare traditional and non-traditional energy resources. We assess two different methods for calculating EROEI and provide data in support of one method over the other. A description of the selected method is presented using our calculation of the EROEI for the production of gas at the Srednje-Vilyuysk Gas Condensate Deposit.

In the article were analyzed technological water systems of oil refineries and petrochemical industries. Their water supply and sewerage systems, mechanical, physical, chemical and biological treatment of wastewater were considered. It was shown that degree of wastewater purification does not reach the standard set of indicators at the existing enterprises. It was proved that the use of modern membrane technology in the processes of water supply provides a real opportunity to move refineries to closed systems of water supply without the wastewater discharge into the environment.

The estimation of durability and safety of operation of the welded technological pipeline from a steel 17G1SU in diameter 400 mm with thickness of a wall of 10 mm, loaded with internal pressure 6 ÌPà, intended for transportation of oil products is made. Dependence of change of limiting bearing ability of the pipeline on operation time in an excited environment is established. Calculation of pressure in a real design with the revealed not through defects is essentially specified. The expediency of application of diagrams of an indestructibility is proved at an estimation of resource characteristics and survivability of the welded equipment from low-alloy steels.

Have been considered a historical aspects of the construction and operation of facilities for deasphalting of tar "LUKOIL- NIZHEGORODNEFTEORGSINTEZ ". And submitted results of their actual selection of asphalt-free oil. During operation of facilities was submitted results of determine the nature and causes of sediments in the condenser of propane at facilities for deasphalting. Have been analyzed an optimization of production, an energy saving systems and stages of reconstruction deasphalting.

This article presents the results of studies of nanocomposites based on polyethylene grade PE80B and natural and synthetic nano-sized fillers. It was established that the introduction of fillers into a polymer matrix in the amount of 0,05-0,1 wt. can improve the strength characteristics of polymer material and its wear resistance.

Reagents class of polysaccharides are widely used as stabilizers of drilling fluids. They are widely used in modern construction technology oil and gas wells in drilling-in. The main task is to determinate the influence of the biodegradation products on reservoir permeability.
This article presents the results of study the composition of biodegrodation products from modified starch and biopolymer, their effect on porosity and permeability of reservoir cores sample.
It also show us the ambiguity of this impact. It is necessary to consider when choosing reagents for regulation of drilling fluids properties.

The article describes the method for assessing the degree of damage to equipment material, maintained in the conditions of fatigue loading, by using the degree of attenuation of transition process the response of electrical signal. As a result of research, optimal settings of eddy current probe were identified and experimental dependencies allowing to monitor the condition of equipment material were obtained.

It is known that the formation of asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits (ARPD) on the tubing causes a number of undesirable consequences. There are various techniques for the prediction ARPD formation intervals, and, consequently, the methods of their removal. The article offers a method for forecasting ARPD formation based on the study the relation between asphaltic-resinous substances and paraffins in the produced oil.

Data on polymeric materials used as isolation and containment electrical cable for submersible centrifugal pumps is analyzed. A new method for testing resistance of polymer materials for petroleum products, which simulate real operating conditions the cable is proposed and tested. Polymer compound based on a thermoplastic vinyl elastomer with high resistance to petroleum products was developed. The material passed through the advanced technological tests and is recommended for use as a protective sheath power cable installations of centrifugal pumps in the oil industry, with operating temperature up to 140 C.

This article presents some results of experimental analysis of depth of microwave penetration into PVC tape and granules for those tapes fabrication, where a high efficiency of microwave radiation for a non-thermal polymer modification was appeared. It was shown an increasing of breaking load for modified tape.

In the given work results of researches on development of wear resistant polymeric composite materials based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are resulted. Tribotechnical properties of PTFE containing basalt fiber are investigated. Rising of wear resistance of composites in comparison with fluoroplast materials containing carbon fiber is shown. New materials with high mechanical and tribotechnical characteristics for knots of friction for various applications are developed.

As the result of infrared spectroscopy and qualitative chemical analysis the carbon structure in composition of iron-carbon alloy that determine general service characteristics of constructional steel has been explored. Traditional perceptions of carbon structural condition in composition of carbon-iron alloy are enough dissonant. In view of recent developments on carbon structure and on revelation of fullerenes C60 and C70 in composition of iron-carbon alloy a hypothesis for fullerene substance of carbon in iron matrix has been developed. IK-Fourier spectroscopy showed perfect convergence of spectrum of reference specimens of fullerenes C60 and C70 after fluorhydric acid treatment and spectrum of iron-carbon alloys.

This paper developed a methodology for estimating the bearing capacity of welded joints, depending on the degree of loading of the connection, then the location in space and their geometric dimensions. For practical use of the developed technique for determining the stress and strain fields of welded joints with pores were constructed corresponding graphs and nomograms.

Number of wells which are equipped by sucker rod pump units steadily increasing in most part of Western Siberia oilfields, due to passing to last or final stage of their usage. Accidents, first of all back off and parting of sucker rods and tubing, lead to significant increase of price of extracting oil. The reason of back off is torque which originates in string rods during it’s deformation under action of resistant forces against downward moving of plunger, “Lubinskii effect” and spatial curvature of borehole. As these factors can’t be eliminated during operating process, their action on threaded connection of sucker rods can be minimized by using of hinge joints.
Increasing operability of sucker rods and tubing is possible by decreasing of torque, acting on breakout of threaded connection during operating process. The purpose is to reduce frictional torque in hinge, which is transmitting element of a string, with the help of constructive solutions.
Relevance of back off problem is confirmed by oilfield data analysis. Analytically obtained constructive opportunities of reducing the torque, being transmitted by hinge. Hinge couplings which were made according to analytical investigations allowed to increase overhaul period up to two times.

The estimations of possible and expedient scales of using wind power plants (WPP) in Russia for the liquid gas production are given in the paper. The results are based on three points. The first is the required increase of energy efficiency and equipment of Russian oil-gas industry in connection with the realization of its program’s development. The second is the standards of energy equipment of liquid natural gas production, and the third is the revealed wind resources and technical-economical potential for the energy supply in many regions of Russia. According to the calculated results the total capacity and annual electricity production of WPP, economically expedient for the use in liquid gas production in Russia, may reach 21 GW and 70 billion kWh.

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of forming professional competences in workplace safety, the content of which is repair and reconstruction of a linear part of the main gas pipelines.
Peculiarities of forming professional competences are shown on the example of technology and contents of the main gas pipelines linear part repair and reconstruction. The training is based on the developed visual training means as the supporting didactic elements. We reveal the possibilities of three-dimensional modeling and graphic design in projecting the training materials, the main content of which is a visual professionally oriented informative-teaching environment.
