PRODUCTION METHODS OF DIESEL FUEL WITH THE IMPROVED ECOLOGICAL PROPERTIES ON JSC "SALAVATNEFTEORGSINTEZ"

The way which has received a wide circulation of improvement of quality of diesel fuel is use of additives of a various functional purpose. The greatest practical importance possess cetane enhancing additives, greasing additives and additives improving low-temperature properties capable to provide stable work of diesel engines. Taking into consideration that fact, that now in Russia large-scale manufacture of additives to diesel fuels practically is absent, and the requirement for them is satisfied at the expense of purchases on import, working out of domestic technologies for reception of effective additives is now actual. It is spoken about features of manufacture of additives to the diesel fuel, meeting modern and perspective requirements.

Àdditives forming ions significantly affect the crystallization of paraffin wax in dispersed environments. Like many surfactants, they also affect the structure of colloidal suspensions hydrocarbons of melting at high temperature. Investigation of the mechanism of such effects on the processes of nucleation and crystal growth are both theoretical and practical interest. This paper presents the results of dielectric, optical and X-ray diffraction studies of influence additives forming ions on equilibrium processes in these dispersed systems.

At a petrochemical complex of Bashkortostan republic, Russia, producing the terephthalic acid and polyethylene terephthalate an environmental management system is implemented, so that it helps to maintain the composition of wastewater and discharges into the atmosphere within the maximum allowable concentrations.

The earthquake resistance of tanks is a complex problem demanding, in particular, definition of hydrodynamic loads of a liquid product. For reasonable conclusion about safe exploitation of noticed tanks the model of tank with floating roof was constructed and researched, which gave possibility to determine the liquid speed in volume of the tank and pressure on walls ÐÂÑ in an assotiation from time, pressure, which have shown sharp lowering, on a wall ÐÂÑ is investigated at the moment of an extinction of action and cicling of its amplification. Dependence of maximum pressure on a wall ÐÂÑ-5000 from time, past from the moment of origin of a push is given below.

The article presents the technology of removing asphalt-resinous and paraffin deposits in oil field equipment using heavy pyrolysis resin and bottoms distillation residue of ethylbenzene as a solvent, heat transfer fluids. The proposed technology simultaneously with the removal of sediment disposed of waste materials generated after the treatment well without harm to the environment then receiving fuel oil grade M40 and M100 from waste treatment.

INCREASE OF CUTTING ABILITY OF THE MILL-REAMER APPLIED AT SIDETRACKING

The article is devoted to the scientific and technical problems to improve the design and improve the cutting ability of mill-reamer, used in sidetracking of oil and gas wells. In this paper we prove constructive shortcomings of existing systems, mill-reamer. On the basis of preliminary studies and exploratory development work, it was determined that the most effective method is constructive solutions for enhancing the cutting ability of mill-reamer.
The basic requirements for modern designs mill-reamer, which were included in the development of improved design.
Based on the results of the research, taking into account the new requirements, proposed a fundamentally new technical solution within the parameters of the basic design. On the basis of these decisions to develop improved versions of mill-reamer. Descriptions of new design solutions, implemented in the form of model samples in natural size.

In work results of tests for short-term durability of the modelling samples made of reinforced polyethylene pipes (RPP) are presented.
The defining role structurally-technology factor in maintenance of applicability of the reinforced polymeric pipes for a construction of pipelines in conditions of a cold climate is revealed. It is established, that the internal technological layer connecting reinforcing strings and providing constructive communication between external and internal polymeric by layers RPP (Company "Sibgazapparat"), can be the initiator of fragile destruction of a pipe at temperatures below -15°Ñ. In pipes with other constructive decision (Company "Technology of composites") is observed exclusively viscous character of destruction in all range of climatic temperatures.

The article considers the influence of vibration and ultrasonic processing that are imposed on the welding parts during the welding cycle on the mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion of welding joint made of 12Cr18Ni10Ti steel.
Based on previous publications the main ways to reduce the tendency to intergranular corrosion of the welding joint metal made of 12Cr18Ni10Ti steel are analyzed. The methodology of experimental studies with a description of the selected modes of welding and accompanying processing, the results of tests for resistance to intergranular corrosion, impact strength, static stretching and low-cycle endurance of welded samples are presented.
Based on the results of the experiments graphic dependences of strength characteristics of welded seam metal on the modes of vibrating and ultrasonic processing of welded parts are obtained, and recommendations to improve the quality of welding joints of 12Cr18Ni10Ti steel are offered.

The model allows to supervise any hydrosystem and to predict reactions of hydraulic controls of its members at entering of any engineering changes. For a long time oil prices remained low, but in the last 10 years we have seen explosive growth. On one hand, rising prices can be explained by increased demand, but on the other - limited capacity of global production of oil and oil peak approaching. The article says the six indirect signs of oil peak approaching, beginning of the world energy crisis and, consequently, beginning of the new round of economic crisis.

The article examines the efficiency of the use of radiation and convective method applied to the creation of a new mobile device for thawing of frozen soils. We present a study sets the existing devices, methods and techniques used for thawing of frozen soil, elicit their disadvantages. The requirements for a new device are defined, for example the time for thawing of 1 m2 of frozen soils should be no more than 3 hours. The requisite thermal power of the device is defined (15 kW), as well as the relation of the depth of freezing and time based on the proposed mathematical model and the results of natural and laboratory tests. The article also reviews the technical characteristics, principle of function, general form and the main advantages of the new mobile radiation and convective device. It gives an assessment of the device efficiency based on the comparative characteristics of technical means. The fulfilled work and studies have shown the expediency of radiation-convective method for thawing frozen soils.

This paper focuses on the strategic opportunities available in the upstream oil and gas sector. It analyses the current market structure in the Middle East and examines options for companies active in the mid-stream and down-stream sectors within the region to develop new business in the upstream sector.
This paper is essentially a corporate case study. The methodology adopted combines a literature review with sampling and information gathering approaches to a relatively small number of key industry players and opinion formers. There are some specific low risk opportunities for medium sized engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies in upstream off shore area with some common options for organic growth and acquisition. Key acquisitions may form part of an overall growth strategy and companies pursuing this route need to prepare accordingly, especially for post acquisition integration.
This case study article draws upon qualitative primary data from a relatively small number of key people. It will have influenced the conclusion of this research. A broader study is recommended, however, this research has been conducted in areas that are highly sensitive for companies and in which relatively small numbers of key decision makers hold major influence.

Methodological and practical questions of time rows analysis conformably to dynamic system development of oil field are stated in the article.
It is supposed that development of given system takes place under external influence, i.e. water is injected into oil - bearing bed for pressure maintenance in them. And greater theoretical and practical value gain problems of technological factors predicting, determination of inertial system transfer function and designing of controlling scheme with feed forward and feedback. All these problems are studied with use of the same apparatus (device) for time rows analysis that was noticeably getting developed recently. Such development is quite logical in the context of modern information and measuring and computer technologies improvement that is integral part of modern technological processes system control.
So far as problems of predicting and control are closely connected with each other and their specific peculiarities can simultaneously taken into consideration at development of transfer functions models, and these formers are integral part of the whole designed system of oil production stabilization, different aspects of considered development object transfer function modeling are thoroughly enough investigated in the article. Model structure is determined on concrete example retrospective analysis of oil, water production main time rows factor change and, as well, according to injected into reservoir water rate and by non-linear method of the least squares its adjustment to real data is carried out. Because of water injected rate transfer function model input variable while output variable oil-field total (overall) production and certain mechanism of non - controlled disturbances acting inside dynamic system wittingly was included into model structure, solution of the problem of these disturbances influence upon output factor change becomes obvious. The last circumstance takes central place in designing of optimum stabilization different systems. It is clear that such system minimizing standard deviation of development drive output (oil production) from given value can calculate and realize (automatically or manually) optimum controlled attacks of reservoir water injection.
The article is constructed on the basis of rich algorithmic, software and information support that makes it more flexible and efficient at changing conditions of introduction and automation of scientific researches. Developed complex can be easily adjusted to the case of separate development well.

The expedience of obtaining data about multiphase flow regime of the production well and separate phases flow rate has been substantiated. The combination of hydrostatical and cross-correlation methods for in-line flow phase composition determinations has been proposed. Production well flow regime identification is realized by artificial neural network processing of acoustical and differential pressure pulsation signals symbolization.
The data about differential pressure in a flow profiles in two points (on the fixed spacing interval one from other) in pipeline has been used for liquid hold-up measurement. Àn improved impedance method is used for watercut determination. The hell of the betterment is made up of the special structure flowcell development. The flowcell design is provided increased device sensibility in consequence of in-line separation towards high gas void fraction multiphase flows.
Separate phases flow velocities has been determined in consequence of acoustical signals wavelet and cross-correlation processing. It has been realized by means of the designed data processing algorithms for discrete wavelet transformation and decomposition of informative signal by digital signal processors.
The offered method has been investigated and tested on the designed laboratory multiphase flows simulation facility and field test facility. Device design has been developed for an on-line production well control and extraction hydrocarbon wells optimization in the field environment.

In this article the issues are considered with regard to effect of asphaltenes-resins and paraffinaceous impurities on rheo-physical properties of oils during unstable regime of flow in the system "layer-well", where effect of NNN (nonuniformity, nonlinearity and nonequilibrium) is observed.
Investigations with highly paraffinic oils show that equilibrium condition between rate of shear and shear stress is not established instantly. Shear stress relaxes during quite long period of time, up to several hours.
Analysis of oscillations of working technological information of wells, producing non-newtonian oils, show that layer system can be presented as a complex structure subjected to different kind effects, which is justified by fluctuating character. This needs to be taken into account while the different kind regulation of different processes of fields development and oil production.

The broughted results of the studies foamy composition with oleophylic and characteristic for terrigenous (polymictic) of the collector. Besides, selection data foamy composition are stated on mineralized are stated to water for mastering the bore holes prone to hydrate. Studied broad spectrum SUNG (anisotropy, cationic, non-ionogenic) and the most accessible stabilizers is studied.

SYNTHESIS NEW BISIMIDAZOLINIUM COMPOUNDS AND INVESTIGATION THE SAME AS ACID CORROSION INHIBITORS

On the basis of oxyethyleted alkylphenols and dicarboxylic acids new bisimidazolinium compounds containing the rupturing of the hydrophobicity of hydrocarbon radicals by polar oxygen-containing fragments were synthesized. It was found that obtained substances exhibit the properties of corrosion inhibitors in hydrochloric acid media.

GEOLOGY-ENGINEERING CLASSIFICATION OF SHALE FOR DRILLING PURPOSE AND HYDRATE DRILLING FLUIDS

Practice of drilling wells shows that using modern drilling tools and the equipments not allows drilling high quality wells in the shale formations. In our opinion, it is related by that at a choice and application of drilling fluids are not considered distinctions in property of shale, and properties of drilling fluids choose without features of interaction of components of drilling fluids among themselves and shales.
The existing level of development of a science and technologies shows that the new approaches on management of properties of various objects are nanotechnology. The considerable part of researches in this area originates in object supramolecular chemistry and borrows its approaches. Self-organization molecules and they clathrates in new structures are object supramolecular chemistry.
Use of theories supramolecular chemistry with reference to shale and drilling fluids allows to development new ways of management of their properties.
Will allow choosing optimum technical decisions at a stage project and buildings of objects of an oil and gas production complex
Results and conclusions:
1. Existing theory about a shale structure, processes of its hydration, differ considerable contradictions. Using of representations supramolecular chemistry for the shale description as hydrate inclusion compounds (clathrates), allows to specify its structure, the processes proceeding at its contact to water, a condition and properties depending on thermodynamic shale living conditions;
2. Efficiency of action of drilling fluids on shale increase with formation hydrate inclusion compounds (clathrates); they block internal structure of water in shale and fasten its particles;
3. Use of ions and hydrocarbonic connections is preferable to formation hydrate inclusion compounds (clathrates) in shale with effective size ~5*10-10 m, they are capable to form hydrate structures: Cubical-I, Cubical-II;
4. Establish the pattern of formation hydrates inclusion compounds (clathrates) during of hydration of shale depending on properties of shale allows optimizing composition of drilling fluids.
5. Representations supramolecular chemistry allows to optimize known and to find new ways of management behaviors of shale and to classify them for drilling purpose.

RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF APPROACHES TO THE MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION

The article presents the results of a retrospective investigation of established approaches to the management of a company's innovation development. The historic and factful comparison is made concerning management schools, approaches to research and development management in companies, and commercialization mechanisms of innovation developments. The author suggests the classification of development stages of innovation management combining all stages of management development as science, stages of research and development management and methodology of innovations management. The article proves that in modern conditions the key tool for innovation management is a systematized control over a chain of knowledge creating values, from ideas to the use of innovations.
