THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE LOW FORMATION TEMPERATURE AND HIGHLY MINERALIZED FORMATION FLUIDS OF THE IRELYAKH GOF ON THE EFFECIENCE OF THE DISPLACEMENT AGENTS OF THE MINERAL AND POLYMER NATURE

The results of the investigations show that filtration-capacitive properties of the reservoir decrease at the use of a highly mineralized agent for maintaining the reservoir pressure. Experimental studies reveal that solutions on the carboxymethylcellulose base have a larger stability of properties at oil displacement in comparison with the solutions on the surface-active agent base. The carboxymethylcellulose solution with the concentration of 5 g/l is characterized by the highest value of oil recovery ratio (68%). Thus it can be recommended as a basic displacement solution for reservoir pressure maintenance and for increasing the oil recovery ratio on the Irelyakh field.

The method of 5-oxy-6-methyluracil based on 6-methyluracil oxidation by ammonium persulfate in an alkaline medium and subsequent hydrolysis of isolated intermediate product - 6-methyluracil-5-ammonium sulfate by sulfuric acid was considered. The effective molar ratio of the raw materials and the reaction conditions for 5-oxy-6-methyluracil synthesis with high yield was found out.

In this article is described industrial approbation of experimental assembly for calorific value determination on OAO "Ivano-Frankivskgaz". For approbation were took two samples of natural gas. The first of them was analyzed by serial gas chromatograph and the second one was analyzed by experimental assembly for calorific value determination of natural gas. All results of calorific value determination were compared. Reached error is equal to 1.6%.

In the article authors raised the problem of insulation coating for pipeline repair. The shortcomings of bitumen-polymer coatings are considered.
The new coating on the basis of new reactive matter Asmol is proposed. The research results were presented with metal Asmol interaction. Shows that protective action of Asmol caused by not only creating a barrier against diffusion corrosion-active environment to metal pipes, but change the thin structure of metal in the surface layers.

The experimental and theoretical researches of using of the hydrodynamic radiators at the oil fields of the Perm district, carried out by PermNIPIneft since 1970-th years till present time, are reviewed. The results of the experiments on the influence of  the hydrodynamic radiators on the oil production fluids (sewage, water, water- and oil emulsions, plug fluids) and the well zone of the oil bed, are described.
The recommendations on raising the effectiveness of the sonic radiation are given.

The Responsible Care program continues to expand and gains ever growing space. As of today, 53 countries participate in the program. Russia became the 53-rd state working under standards of the given program. Responsible Care is one of the most important global-scale voluntary initiatives, and its concepts are used to run companies, national unions and business associations in chemical industry. The primary objective of the Responsible Care program is to achieve and maintain high standards of occupational safety, labor protection and environmental safety at all plants of the industry. The goals of the program are towards increasing the operational safety of chemical plants for humans and for environment by way of continuous improvement of plant activity indices along the lines of environment, health and safety, and in a dialogue with community and authorities..

At the present time natural gas is traded on market where gas prices set through different pricing mechanisms. Russian pipeline gas trades in Europe through pricing mechanism which index the gas price to oil or basket of oil products. Such mechanism is economically sound if supply and demand for gas and oil has similar trends. But for now, supply trends for oil and gas are clearly different, and similar in demand. This fact can be considered as precondition for new pricing mechanism. There are number of influential factors for this process, including perspectives of growth GTL and shale gas production. In conditions of further worldwide growth GTL and shale gas production, gas prices must be in certain range.

EXPERT APPRAISAL FOR PROTECTIVE COATINGS OF PIPELINES

In this article new technique of expert appraisal for determination of optimal isolation weight is designed, basic parameters, that influence on endurance and cost of insulating coating are revealed, questionnaire for experts is composed. It was formed the group of experts, who are one of the best specialists of pipeline corrosion protection in our country. Experts were polled. Statement of amount of grouped expert appraisal was carried out.
The analysis of grouped expert appraisal has revealed two most likely types of protective coatings for pipelines - polyurethane and polyethylene tapes with double-sided adhesive layer for route conditions application and polypropylene and è polyethylene-extruded for manufactory conditions application.

The review of determination of solvents efficiency techniques of asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits is presented, their analysis are made, the drawbacks of the given techniques are revealed and the possible decisions of an objective efficiency estimation of heavy organics deposition solvents are given. The developed laboratory technique for determination of solvents efficiency of heavy organics depositions, it's features and reproducibility evaluation are presented in this article also.

DECISION-MAKING AT REGULATION OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL OPERATING MODE OF PUMPER OIL WELLS ON THE BASIS OF THE THEORY OF ACCIDENTS

The article is devoted to the system analysis of technological indicators of operation pumper oil wells equipped with installations of pumper oil well. Output of oil wells, water and gas, and also delivery rate of the pump are exposed to the analysis. Such analysis is required at decision-making on regulation of work of oil extracting wells. Thus it is necessary to be guided by dynamics of change of the necessary technological indicators during a certain time interval. In most cases for this purpose in practice it is guided, as a rule, by absolute values of indicators that is erroneous as the valuable information, thus containing in initial data on tendencies of behavior of the most operated object is ignored. Thanks to this information it is possible to predict consequences of those or other actions for regulation of operating modes of wells and accordingly to appoint such changes of modes which will promote an oil recovery gain at reduction of drowning rates, economy of reservoir energy at the expense of rational redistribution of the expense of passing gas and hobby of efficiency of pump installations. For the decision of this problem, special criteria of change of operating modes of the extracting wells, based, in particular, on application of elements of the catastrophe theory are used.
In article, on the basis of the differential equations known of this theory corresponding to accident of type "fold", dynamics of change of some technological indicators, such as on outputs of oil, gas and water, and also factor of giving of the pump is modeled. These indicators easily give in to measurement and the account in trade conditions. Their processing makes more weighed decisions based on the simultaneous account of tendencies of change of the most important indicators from a point - sight of regulation of operating modes of chinks. The algorithm of calculation is described and the concrete numerical example is spent.
The given settlement scheme is computerized and used for numerous extracting chinks of the enterprises of the production association "Azneft".

ABOUT THE TECHNIQUE OF GROUPING OF OIL WELLS WITH SHOWS OF GAS BY THEIR POTENTIAL POSSIBILITIES ON THE BASIS OF PARETO PRINCIPLE

It is known, that actions carried out on oil fields for regulation of modes of extracting wells have adaptive character, and mention not what individual objects, and all difficult interconnected and co-operating system of the elements making the developed deposit, set of operational and delivery chinks, and also a complex ground-based equipment. Such big and difficult system it is expedient to operate with use of the system approach. Thus splitting on a number of technological indicators of all fund of wells on separate groups, from for decrease in volume of the processed information, essentially simplifies and reduces the price of all managerial process. Besides at the system approach to become effective as more detailed analysis of expediency of carrying out of actions in each group, and their planning within the limits of all system as a whole.
In article as such method based on the system approach, grouping of wells by their potential possibilities proceeding from characteristics of hyperbolic distribution of oil outputs are offered. In practice, as a rule, similar properties the big and difficult systems where and it is possible to carry all process borehole workings out of deposits possess. It is known, that the behavior of these systems submits to Pareto principle, and distribution äåáèòîâ chinks on their size also corresponds to this principle. Unlike known works where, basically, are described to the mechanism of grouping of the chinks, based on quantitative signs, to article the algorithm of their "qualitative" grouping that allows to reduce and unify quantity of distinguished groups is resulted and to give them obviously known properties, inherent every possible to the versions met in practice. The number of distinguished groups is defined by quantity of processed indicators. As initial data it is used monthly average selections of oil, gas and water on each chink.
The algorithm of redistribution set chinks on eight groups, based on known property of hyperbolic distribution is stated. The given settlement scheme it is computerized and approved on a real example of the extracting wells equipped with pumper oil wells with installations and takes root for the various enterprises of a production association "Azneft". Regularly carried out calculations allows to watch dynamics of change of a condition of the chinks passing from one group in another that can promote construction of adaptive model of process of operation for all fund of wells.

In this article we suggest a procedure to plot a map of effective viscosity of water-gas-oil emulsions based on effective viscosity calculation method. This procedure uses data of field dynamometer card, characteristic of operating practices of oil well, rod column composition information and physical-chemical properties of water-gas-oil emulsions.
