SOME PROBLEMS OF PIPELINE TRANSPORT OIL AND OIL PRODUCTS

Work is devoted to research of some questions of pipeline transport of oil and oil products. In the first part of work the problem of a choice of an operating mode of the pump station located on the set site of the pipeline is considered, and in the second part the problem of detection of outflow of oil and oil products in pipelines is investigated.
For the mathematical description of problems the one-dimensional mathematical model of stationary movement of a viscous liquid on the pipeline is used. Thus pressure and the mass charge of a liquid in initial and final sections of the pipeline are considered set. The analytical method of the decision of tasks in view is offered and obvious formulas for definition of an operating mode of pump station, the mass charge on outflow and places of outflow in the pipeline are received.

The reagent k-lube is compatible with flotoreagent-oxal, and at this ratio of foreign and domestic lubricant additives 1:1 a level of foaming in the field of its small (up to 1%) concentration

The influence of hydrocarbon type content on formation and destabilization water-oil emulsions was investigated. The more effected method of destabilization emulsions was chosen by basis of obtained data. The deposit formation of the oil in temperature interval of oil flow from 30Ñ to 70C was investigated. The more effective inhibitor of oil deposit was found.

The analysis of the experimental values to relative reaction ability of the petrochemical products - mesitilene and durene (Kmes/Kdur) in competitive reaction nitration and bromination in organic solvent are carry out. It is shown that in organic ambience process of nitration of mesitilene always runs slowly than nitration of durene that points to realization of the mechanism SET. The reaction of bromination runs on classical variant Ar-SE2. The experiment be in accordance with result of quantum chemistry calculation of probable intermediates to reactions in semi empirical AM1 and DFT B3LYP/6-31G**.

By means of X-ray diffractometry, electron microscopy methods phase and molecular structure of the composition were studied. A complex of physical and mechanical test including the study of elasticity, wear-, oil- and cold resistance characteristics of materials were carried out.

The paper considers compatibility of formational water of the Irelyakh gas and oil field of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) with the highly mineralized solution used as an agent of reservoir pressure maintenance (RPM) with an allowance for factors, which influence solubility of salts, salt effect in particular. Also, possibility of concurrent reactions and specific conditions characteristic of the fields of the southwest Yakutia (by the example of the Irelyakh GOF) have been taken into account. It is shown that with the increase of the time length of wells' flooding with the liquid for RPM the pore space structure undergoes changes due to its calcination and sulphatization, which causes deterioration of reservoir properties and subsequently can complicate the operation of producing wells and the field in the whole.

Traditional and main method of hydrate formation prevention in gas industry is usage of hydrate inhibitor - methanol.
Though methanol usage is a complicated problem with relation to its high toxicity and geoecological risks connected with methanol atmospheric discharge increasing on the background of methanol consumption growth.
This issue requires acceptance of more efficient methods of geoecological risks decrease.
The present article represents the new method of geoecological risks decrease - the usage of bioorganic fertilizer "PIXA".

HIGH PARAFFIN OILS: REGULARITIES OF SPATIAL AND TEMPORARY CHANGES THEIR PROPERTIES

The analysis of spatial and temporal changes of physical and chemical properties of oils with the high paraffins contents is carried out. The regularities of regional distribution of such oils are considered. Particularities of change of the paraffins contents in oils are investigated depending on occurrence depth. Regularities of changes of oil properties in geological time are considered. It is shown, that the maximal value of the paraffins contents in such oils is observed in Mesozoic and the minimal value - in Proterozoic rocks. Paraffinic oils are on the average low sulfur, resinous, low asphaltenes and with the average contents of fraction IBP 200 0Ñ and with average density.

Traditional and main method of hydrate formation prevention in gas industry is usage of hydrate inhibitor - methanol.
Specific dispensable rates of methanol consumption as an inhibitor of hydrate formation depend directly on the composition of the extracted natural gas and also technology of preparing the natural gas to the transportation. The article contains the detailed examination of this dependence and also the forecast of methanol consumption in the gas industry in the period until 2030.

FEATURES OF FLOWVISION AND ANSYS SOFTWARE'S COMBINED USE FOR THE DETERMINATION OFSTRESS CONDITIONS IN OIL TANKS

During operation of vertical cylindrical tanks for storage of oil and oil products significant quantities of compacted sediments can be formed and accumulated. As a result, tank useful capacity, tank farm turnover are reduced, oil storage cost is increased due to the necessity to put tanks out of operation and perform their cleaning. There are methods of cost reduction in case of timely removal of forming sediments by using, for example, various screw-type devices.
In order to determine deformed condition of the tanks during washout and mixing of sediments with movable oil jet produced by operation of the screw-type devices, flowvision and ansys software systems were applied. The article describes some features of solving the task.

The purpose of the research is the biostability estimation of some drilling additives on basis of polyacrylamide, starch reagents and carboxymethylcellulose modification pertaining to association of microorganisms Rh. erythropolis VKM AC-1339D and Fusarium sp. no. 56. The more biostable from researched drilling additives for this microorganisms is the drilling additives on basis of polyacrylamide: sypan, DKS-extender, dk-drill. Choosing the right organic additive to the drilling water as to protect the environment we should take into consideration its experimental data of the biostability.

The throughput optimization or output pressure maximization algorithm includes three-level characterization models: i.e. original characterization in a form of a system of nonlinear algebraic equations; linearized characterization vs. unknown costs and pressure squares; and solution of a linear programming task at each step of iteration. Given that a gathering line structure is complex and large, the 4th level of characterization in a form of "black box" model with a sensitivity function may be introduced before running linear programming.

Presented are the results of mass spectrometric determination of total group composition and molecular-mass distributions of hydrocarbons of 30 different structural types in Lower Cretaceous crude oils from East-Gobi and Tamsag oil-bearing provinces of Mongolia. The hydrocarbon types of crude oils were established in terms of three present classification modes. The reasons of differences in crude oil types according to these classification methods are revealed.
