A new approach to design simulation dynamical model of cyclic gas-lift unit operation in flooded gas well on forced-oscillations regime has been developed. It gives the opportunity to simulate individual parameter-time characteristic of its operating mode as well as their correlation. The simulation dynamical model of the concerned regime is written as 5 nonlinear ordinary differential equations system. The property that define this system is that each of the equation can be solved separately, with its own input parameter.

Now Russia has a serious problem of producing high-octane gasolines with low concentrations of aromatic hydrocarbons, meeting the ecological requirements of the European quality standards. The proposed technology of combining the reformate rectification between reforming reactors and the process REGIZ (reforming with hydro-isomerization of light gasoline fractions) allows the Russian oil-refining industry to produce high-octane gasoline components with decreased concentration of arenes and increased output in comparison with the traditional catalytic reforming.

Catalytic reforming is the most widely used industrial process of high-octane gasoline components production in Russia, that is why optimization of the technological process is very important because of the significant increase in gasoline consumption. The proposed technology of catalytic reforming with the block of reformate rectification between the reactors increases selectivity of the reforming process and the reformate output (by approximately 8-9%) and decreases the quantity of the expensive platinum catalyst in the reactors by 20-25%.

The "Sinterol" a product of "Salavatnefteorgsintez" was applied as the emulgator. In work the stability, viscosity, adhesion of bitumen emulsions are investigated, depending on concentration of "Sinterol" and modifier of a bitumen phase. The opportunity of use the "Sinterol" as a bitumen emulgator was shown.

For reduction of losses from evaporation from vertical cylindrical steel tanks for storage of petroleum and petroleum products various types of floating coverings are used. The article provides the classification of coverings with basic design features, with regard for floatation ability, stability, and resistance to flooding for the tanks of a '' type with a stationary roof.
On this basis the most topical problems for the service reliability enhancement of with coverings are defined. The conducted experimental research on petroleum and petroleum products on metal and foamed polyurethane surface are described. The dependences of adhesion factor on metal and foamed polyurethane coverings from a kinematical viscosity of petroleum and petroleum products are obtained.

It is proved there is the opportunity of magnetohydrodynamic treatment of demulsifiers in the internal area of pipe with the purpose of demulsification process efficiency increase for oil-in-water emulsions. The description of processing principle of the pilot device for magnetohydrodynamic treatment and the results of its bench tests in natural conditions are discussed. It is shown that magnetohydrodynamic treatment of water-oil environments with demulsifiers provides the increase of water separation on about 9-16 percent.

The strategy and experimental investigation of dielectric parameters of gas hydrate in the field of high frequencies has been formulated here. An essential time for indispensable measurements has been estimated in this work in contrast to well-known strategies. Flow block of experimental installation has been presented here. Basic electrical and hydraulic circuits of installation have been given. The main part of this installation is the original measuring cell, developed by the authors.
The existence of two maximums of dielectric dissipation factors of hydrate propane depending on electromagnetic oscillation frequencies has been experimentally shown here. Gas-hydrate indexes of these maximums are several orders greater than ice indexes.

Development and substantiation of the scientific - methodological approach to a choice of an estimation criterion of strategy of development for the oil and gas extraction companies, which maintain deposits with various conditions of exploitation.
The following basic results are received:
- the role and place of an internal fundamental cost estimation in the general system of strategy of the oil and gas extraction company are determined, that allows to increase validity of accepted administrative decisions;
- the constructed algorithm about an order of internal fundamental cost estimation of the oil and gas extraction company allows to systematize process of an estimation and to take into account the economic potential and the major factors influencing to the cost of the company;
- classification of the external and internal environment factors is offered, that influence change of internal fundamental cost of the oil and gas extraction company which allow to rank them using methods of an estimation of risks according to the importance of influence on cost, and optimize results of an estimation;
- it is offered to take into account influence of the economic potential at an cost estimation of the oil and gas extraction company, that allows to estimate prospects of development of the company and to reveal reserves of the proved market cost increase;
- on the basis of the constructed algorithm the technique of an internal fundamental cost estimation oil and gas extraction company is developed, which allows to take into account factors depending on the purpose of estimation.

The aim of investigations was to define the link between the quantitative and qualitative method for estimation of the bitumen adhesion to mineral material and dielectric permeability of bitumen. The adhesion and dielectric properties of bitumen have been shown to correlate. It has been found the dependence of the adhesive and dielectric properties of modified bitumen. The dielectric permeability can be used to estimate the bitumen adhesive quality and intensify the determination process of bitumen adhesion considerably.

The possibility of the mutualitical insurance companies method usage in geological searching are investigated on the Lukoil's example. Four variances of geological searching works finance are elaborated. Five schemes of mutualitical insurance method are presented. Mutualitical insurance method usage is profitable for stocks revealed companies and not losing for stocks unrevealed companies. Besides the economized monies can be directed for geological searching works conducting on two additional areas. The method usage allow to decrease the specific expenditures to 60 per cents.

The theoretical base for a new approach to 3D litho-facial modeling is proposed. The new approach allows to update existing 3D litho-facial models according to additional data of different types, for example, geological maps. In the article the examined the organization mechanism of realization of the strategy of managing the territory development from the position of getting the efficience of the usage of its crude potential. USE OF ALIPHATIC SPIRITS AS NON-POLLUTING ADDITIVES IN AUTOMOBILE GASOLINES

Toughening of ecological requirements to automobile engines compels the world car-building companies to search for all new and new technical decisions to keep within confirmed specifications. Driving force of this progress are the market and preservation of the environment. Due to improvement of ecological properties of automobile gasolines by introduction of aliphatic spirits the contents of toxic substances in the fulfilled gases is essentially reduced. We can produce a mix of methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, etc. in case of replacement the copper-zinc-chrom catalyst on potassium catalyst in process of methanol synthesis from synthesis-gas. The mix of spirits thus serves as high-octane component in gasoline and as emulsifier.

This article is dedicated to study of pulsing characteristics, founded on device of the resonator Helimholtz in which gaseous fuel is burnt. There are defined modes of thermo-hydraulic parameters, sharing the heat load along the boiler of pulsing combustors. Recommendations are given on increasing of efficiency of the work like devices.

ACTUAL ASPECTS OF FUEL ETHANOL PRODUCTION IN RUSSIA AND USA

The consumption and manufacture level of ethanol has considerably grown last 20 years. Many countries carry out large-scale manufacture and consumption of ethanol, or take measures on stimulation of expansion of its manufacture and spheres of consumption. Now Russia has free capacities of ethanol manufacture in volume of 250 thousand tons/year, including half - from renewed sources. The USA Congress continues to consider federal specifications on application of renewed fuel which lead to growth of ethanol consumption up to 5 billion gallons/year in the end of decade.

PREDICTION OF HYDRATE FORMATION TEMPERATURE FOR NATURAL GAS USING ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK

A great number of petroleum engineering calculations require knowledge of natural gas hydrate formation conditions. Ideally, natural gas hydrate formation conditions are determined experimentally in the laboratory, but these data are not always available. Correlations are consequently used to determine values for natural gas hydrate formation conditions. In this paper, an alternate tool, i.e. the artificial neural network (ANN) technique has been applied for estimation of temperature for gas hydrate formation.
ANN was applied to the 167 raw data in the range of 32-74 , 50-4200 psia and 0.554-1 for temperature, pressure and specific gravity, respectively. To check the ANN model, the samples were divided into two groups. One of them contained 149 samples and was used to train the network and the remaining 18 samples were used as the test sets. For the training of the different networks, the standard feed forward back propagation algorithm was used and several types of structures were tested to obtain the most suitable network for the prediction of solubility. To check the reproducibility of the results, each of the networks studied was trained three times. Finally the best ANN structure was determined as 7-5-1.
In comparison of performance analysis of ANN, the relative error (RE) was studied and maximum error found 3.035 percent and R2 value was equal to 0.9941. To ensure, the results of ANN was compared with the results of Sloan model. To sum up ANN shows the better results in comparison with it. So it can be concluded that ANN provides a good method in predicting temperature at witch hydrates formation occurs.

Scientific and technological revolution started in the latter half of the XX-th century brought the world leading countries to the progress in the national economy brunch pattern. The Soviet Union was also touched by those processes. But if in the West those changes affected nearly all economic brunches then in the USSR there were only a number of those priorities. In this respect it will be a great deal of interest to see structural contradictions formation based on the rapid growth of petroleum and petrochemical industries in the Republic of Tatarstan.
