DETECTION SYSTEM OF ILLEGAL PENETRATION INTO A PIPELINE

The aim of this work is the development of a detection system of illegal penetration into a pipeline, which is included in existing pipeline telecontrol system. Comparative analysis of existing methods of leak detection was done. And it showed that these methods are not efficient for detection of illegal penetration, because they are short time and have a small volume of leak. In this case, application of method, described in this work, is a rather efficient. This method is based on measuring and analysis of acoustic waves in pipeline metal, which arise during the attempt of penetration. The structure of measuring devices for realization of this method was selected with the help of the invariation theory in measuring technics. Application of this theory allows to eliminate the dependence of measuring result on extraneous factors. Using the multichannel principle - the main principle of the invariation theory - proportions for determination of approximate place of penetration by a chosen structure of measuring device were found. Besides, the algorithms and the programs were created for realization of this method.

The paper is devoted to creation of elastic-systems with quazinull rigidity at presence of a hysteresis. Such characteristics of the given systems for which the area of a hysteresis loop is equal to an impact energy are gained, i.e. the opportunity of loss for one running of the system of all impact energy is theoretically shown. It is supposed to use the given system for simultaneous protection of the equipment against impacts and vibrations. The opportunity of use of the given system for seismic protection of the equipment is shown.

MECHANICAL WAY OF EMULSIFICATION BITUMEN IN WATER. INSTALLATION. TECHNIQUE. RESULTS OF APPROBATION

This work is devoted to research of emulsification process for oil bitumen in water mechanically. Installation for decomposition of bitumen is developed and designed. In work the detailed description of the given installation with figures, a technique of reception oil bitumen emulsions is resulted. Approbation of installation is spent, dependence of emulsion's stability to decomposition on time from the contents of emulsifier is received. In researches bitumen road stamps BND 60/90 was used. As emulsifier the product of Open Company "Salavatnefteorgsintez" - "Sinterol" was used. Tests of the given installation and done experiences allow to judge an opportunity of its application for the laboratory purposes, reception of pre-production models of bitumen emulsions various types and their further research.

BITUMEN EMULSIONS. FEATURES OF STRUCTURE AND APPLICATION

The basic features of use and reception of bitumen emulsions are considered in this work. Bitumen knitting and features of their use the comparative estimation of kinds is made for preparation of asphalt concrete coverings. The basic advantages of oil bitumen emulsions and ways of their reception are noted. The provisional componential structure of emulsions is resulted. In this job the analysis of patents on a way of reception, componential structure for emulsions of oil bitumen in water is made. The given thematic review shows expediency of the organization of industrial production of oil bitumen emulsions from domestic raw material and their use in road construction that will allow lowering the charge of energy carriers to 40% in comparison with traditional "hot" technologies of stacking of roads.

CLASSIFICATION OF OIL-AND-GAS PIPELINE SECTORS EXPOSED TO ELECTROCHEMICAL CORROSION WHEN EXPLOITED

The oil-and-gas pipeline classification existing in industrial protection sphere is based on the unit danger class, which is dependent on such factors as the transported product type, the pipeline diameter and its working pressure, its remoteness from the nearest settlement and also the pipeline construction and laying conditions. Long distance underground pipeline failure statistics show that every third failure is caused by electrochemical corrosion the influence of which is underestimated when the potential danger of the unit is defined. In connection with this the authors put forward a complex approach to the definition of the pipeline sectors danger that takes into consideration the main factors decreasing the underground oil-and-gas pipeline exploitation safety.

It describes unsteady temperature distribution in oil-water saturated reservoir during combined inflow of produced water and gas-cut oil below bubble-point pressure to the wellbore. The clause is devoted to the laboratory test of the dynamics of the dynamics of the drill. Some problems of determining of expedient drilling characteristics are considered in the work. There are also problems concerning the speed of the penetration of the vibratory booster chisel model into the granite and marble, depending the influence frequency. The clause is applied by the laboratory test results as diagram's and equations of the regression. It has been done the conclusion that to increase the speed of well drilling, especially the rotary it is necessary to develop, new designes of rock destructing bits with the frequency of dynamic influence ranging 145 Hertz.

During the development of multilayer fields one of the basic ways to analysis the process of oil and gas production is the examination of production facilities as a whole.
The conducted analysis of the technological characteristics of the "Gum-deniz" (Azerbaijan) field's development on the base of the rang and multiple correlations, and also on the estimation of the fluid recovery rate dynamics by using the exponential model made it possible to reveal the existence of production facilities interaction characteristics.
On the base of the conducted research was determined the opportunity to combine the whole line of horizons into a single production facility .this gives us the opportunity to estimate the prognosis values of hydrocarbons' extractive volumes.
This approach gives us the opportunity to carry out the procedures of the long-term forecasting more soundly and make decisions on the changing strategy and development tactics, taking into account the dynamics of the concerned production facilities' interaction. This allows us to increase the effectiveness of the multilayer fields' development.
